I guess you can class me as a food and lifestyle blogger who wants to celebrate all things kindness. I am a primary teacher who now works as a freelance yoga instructor in special educational needs schools. The theme of kindness comes up on a weekly basis, and that is what sparked the idea of creating my blog. We constantly tell children to be kind to each other, to share, to take turns and make kind choices, but do we ourselves follow those rules?

Outside of work my biggest love is FOOD! I love everything about it, especially cooking. So it wouldn’t be very kind of me if I didn’t share my recipes with you. I recently trained at the Vegan Chef School, which has taken my cooking skills to the next level and I now have even more fun in the kitchen. My recipes will be easy to follow and family friendly. I will also include recipes for those budding little chefs out there. I am lucky gal, who is married to a qualified nutritionist, who is passionate about health and well-being. So look out for our posts when we team up together and share some healthy balanced recipes and nutritional tips and information.

I love cooking, photography and lifestyle, but I have to admit I’m not the best writer (I’m better at talking!). So I’m hoping this blog will allow me to challenge myself, share some kindness, and hopefully bring some inspiration and awareness towards everyday topics. The blog will flow organically along with the rhythm of everyday life, but I will be mostly exploring the topics of sustainability, mental and physical health, vegan food, and travel. And each and every one of my conversations will have the underlying message or kindness.
